An example build. The work: Every plan renewal, chased before it's due. Four parts come together: reads your records, follows your rules, stops for a person, writes it all down. They become an agent called Plan renewals. It is scoped, built, tested on made-up records first, signed off by your team, and then live. It then sits in the portal's sidebar under Kinfold Black, in Your agents.
