I started out as a mental health support worker in Ipswich, working alongside people living with alcohol and other drug use, and people leaving prison and finding their way through the forensic system. Later I built a Queensland NDIS provider group from the ground up.

Running intake every day, I saw the same thing again and again. A coordinator would send one referral to three providers, and the person went to whoever replied first. Often that reply came days later, after hours of chasing plans, forms and signatures.

Kinfold is the intake coordinator I wanted on my own front desk: one that answers in minutes, day or night, and does the whole job, right through to the first shift. So the best provider can also be the fastest.
