Founder and CEO
Anish Lal began his career as a mental health support worker in Ipswich, supporting people living with alcohol and other drug use and people moving through the forensic system after prison. He went on to found and run a Queensland NDIS provider group, where he saw first-hand how many people are lost to slow replies at intake. He founded Kinfold in 2026 to give every care provider an intake coordinator that answers in minutes.
