Accessibility statement

Kinfold exists so people reaching out for care hear back quickly. That has to work for everyone, so accessibility is part of how we design and build, not an afterthought.

We're aiming for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website and the Kinfold app.

• Clear structure, with one main heading per page, labelled form fields and visible focus outlines
• Every page works with a keyboard alone
• Text contrast of at least 4.5:1
• Anything that moves on its own, like carousels and marquees, has a pause control and stops on hover or keyboard focus
• Animations respect your device's reduced motion setting
• Pages work on small screens and when text is enlarged

Kinfold is built to help providers communicate accessibly: Easy Read versions of service agreements, replies in more than 30 languages, and interpreter access through TIS National for registered NDIS providers. Anyone talking with Nell can ask for a person at any time.

We're still testing the site with assistive technology. Some interactive demos and animations may not yet work perfectly with every screen reader. If something gets in your way, tell us and we'll fix it or give you the information another way.
